Qualifications

• Must follow all guidelines related to SSOP’s, GMP’s, PPE’s, etc.
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Julian Date/Kill Date - ensure proper dates on product.
• Tracking products – record raw or WIP products and finished goods.
• Labels/Product Codes – ensure correct label and product code on finished product.
• Verify all labels needed during the shift are taken to the department.
• Check Julian date and set stamps accordingly.
• Check load being processed to document export, kill date, and water retention information.
• After load is checked, pallet certification verification will be performed by QA.
• The information will be used for each load produced during the shift; pallet slips documented.
