- Julian Date/Kill Date -As manifestor it is your responsibility to make sure that all product(s) have the proper Julian Dates and kill dates on it. Refer to the product specification sheet for product code information – Julian date; kill date, use by date,etc. and the sequence of order of information.
- Tracking Products – As mainifestor you are responsible for keeping records of all raw or WIP products that comes to the production area and all finished product that leaves the production area. All accurate times must be recorded
- Labels/Product Codes – As manifestor is your responsibility to make sure all finished product has the correct label and
product code on it. Refer to the product specification sheet for product code information – Julian date, killdate, best used by date, etc and sequence of order of information.
- Must follow all guidelines related to SSOP’s, GMP’s, PPE’s, etc.
- Verify all labels needed during the shift are taken to the department-refer to product specification sheet.
- Check Julian date and set stamps accordingly.
- Check load being processed to properly document the export information.
- Check load being processed to properly document the kill date information.
- Check load being processed to properly document the water retention information.
- After load has been checked, stamp (pallet certification) verification will be performed and checked by QA.
- The previous information will be used for each load produced during the shift. Each pallet slip will be documented on the tracking form for recall purposes.
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
Physical Requirement:
- Must be able to lift to 75 pounds using proper lifting techniques.
- Standing and/or walking during the entire shift.
- Work in wet, cold environment.
