ServiceMaster Restore is seeking a Production Manager to lead Water Mitigation, Fire Restoration, and Contents Cleaning operations. If you’re currently a Senior Technician, Crew Chief, or Production Manager ready to grow your leadership, we want to talk.

You will head daily operations, manage crews, ensure IICRC standards, mentor staff, and coordinate with customers and insurers. Oregon driver license with clean 3-year record required; franchise location decisions will be made at the franchisee

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration operations and leading teams.
• Industry experience in restoration required.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects and crews.
• IICRC certifications preferred: WTR, ASD, AMRT, FRST.

Responsibilities

Package

• $5,000 monthly base salary
• Monthly performance bonus
• The better you are at your job, the more you will make. Top performers can earn another $10k-$20k in addition to their base salary.

• Knowledge of water mitigation and restoration processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and crews
• Preferred Certifications: IICRC - WTR, ASD, AMRT, FRST

• A Crew Chief ready to step into leadership
• A Production Manager looking for a strong team and systems
• A Senior Technician who already runs jobs and leads crews

Candidates must hold a valid Oregon driver's license with a clean 3-year driving record and be able to pass a background check.
