ServiceMaster Restore in Oregon is seeking a Production Manager to lead Water Mitigation, Fire Restoration, and Contents Cleaning operations. You will oversee daily field activities, manage crews, and coordinate with customers and insurers to ensure high-quality results.

Ideal candidates have restoration industry experience, strong leadership, and knowledge of water mitigation processes; supervisory responsibilities include mentoring staff and maintaining schedules to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Restoration industry experience required.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of water mitigation and restoration processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and crews.
• Preferred Certifications: IICRC - WTR, ASD, AMRT, FRST.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for water mitigation, fire restoration, and contents cleaning.
• Manage technicians and crew chiefs.
• Schedule crews and oversee job production.
• Ensure work meets IICRC standards and company quality expectations.
• Monitor job documentation, equipment usage, and timelines.

Package

• Base Salary of $75k-$85k per year - paid monthly
• Monthly performance bonus
• The better you are at your job, the more you will make. Top performers can earn another $10k-$20k in addition to their base salary.
