Job summary

Lignetics, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to oversee all production operations at the mill, ensuring OSHA compliance and adherence to quality and customer requirements. You will drive continuous improvement and manage production budgets under the Plant Manager’s supervision.

The role focuses on safety, cost control, on-time delivery, and maintaining high-quality products, with a strong emphasis on team leadership and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Management or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of related supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must have a hands-on, analytical, forward-thinking leadership style.
• Requires basic math skills for day-to-day operations.
• Must be able to work in a high temperature/humidity area.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate the production department.
• Prepare production schedules and communicate goals across departments.
• Analyze equipment efficiency, materials, and manpower requirements.
• Maintain quality control of products.
