Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate the production department.
• Prioritize and communicate production goals to departments.
• Analyze equipment efficiency, materials supply and manpower needs.
• Maintain quality control of product.
• Train and supervise department supervisors and production personnel.
• Collect/verify/report daily/weekly/monthly production data.
• Schedule production and manage vacation/attendance as directed.
• Maintain environmental data acquisition/reporting and inventory reports.
