Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3-5 years of related supervisory experience in manufacturing.

• Must be highly analytical and capable of strategic leadership and motivation of the team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate the production department.
• Prioritize and prepare production schedules and communicate goals.
• Analyze equipment efficiency and coordinate manpower requirements.
• Maintain quality control of product.
• Supervise department supervisors, shift leads and production personnel.
