Job summary

Lignetics, Inc. seeks an experienced Plant Operations Manager to lead manufacturing across safety, production, maintenance and processing. You will direct scheduling, budgeting and supplier coordination to meet company goals in a dynamic, renewable-fuel related environment.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, analytics, and strategic thinking to improve productivity, reduce costs and ensure safe, reliable operations on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Management or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience with 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience a plus and strong analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate operations across safety, production, maintenance and processing.
• Lead with safety and drive improvements to elevate safety culture.
• Model company values and lead a cross-functional workforce.
• Develop production schedules and communicate goals to departments.
• Analyze equipment efficiency, materials flow and staffing needs.
• Manage department expenses and procurement within budget.
• Implement process improvements using capital and MOC controls.
• Drive inventory accuracy and develop a productive workforce.
