Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate the production department.
• Prioritize schedules and communicate goals to departments.
