Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Management or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Must be analytical, forward-thinking and able to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate the production department.
• Prepare production schedules and communicate goals to departments.
• Analyze equipment efficiency, materials supply and manpower needs.
• Maintain quality control of products and safety standards.
