GAF is seeking a Production Manager for the Tuscaloosa asphaltic roofing shingle manufacturing network. You will lead a production team, drive a safe, reliable work environment, and apply lean methods and kaizen to improve efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years in a safety-sensitive environment OR HS Diploma with 6+ years in a safety-sensitive environment with increasing team leadership responsibilities.
• 2+ years of people leadership and team building experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an engaged production staff.
• Partner with EHS to ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA/EPA).
