Job summary

Oldcastle is seeking a Production Manager to lead and optimize all production and maintenance activities while fostering a Culture of Safety. You will promote an Employee Driven, Hazard Controlled environment and direct daily/weekly production plans to meet delivery schedules and cost targets.

Working with the Plant Manager, you will coordinate predictive and preventive maintenance, ensure asset reliability, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency across operations

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for production and maintenance operations.
• Foster a Culture of Safety and model an Employee Driven environment.
• Manage and coordinate the production plan to meet delivery schedules and budgeted efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through appropriate channels.
• Coordinate predictive and preventative maintenance plans with the Plant Manager to ensure asset reliability.
• Ensure training plans for production and maintenance staff are in place and followed.
