Old-Castle-Building-Envelop is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing teams, ensure safe operations, and drive productivity. You will plan work, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with the Production Manager to optimize workflows and procedures.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and adherence to safety and quality standards while fostering a positive employee experience and continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Production Leader/Shop Leader in manufacturing.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and with ERP systems.
• Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Balances safety, quality, productivity, cost, and morale to achieve positive results.
• Provides leadership and directs teams to high levels of achievement and retention.
• Ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Leads a safe, organized workplace with TPS/Lean principles.
• Records KPIs, maintains reports, and summarizes performance each shift.
• Coaches and develops employees; resolves issues through problem solving.
• Communicates with upstream departments to ensure timely shipments.
• Manages production support systems, material flow, and cross-training.
