Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing teams and optimize daily operations. You will plan work, enforce policies, and drive improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating with the Production Manager.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in production leadership within manufacturing, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with ERP and office software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Production Leader/Shop Leader.
• Experience in a Manufacturing environment.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with ERP software, Assembly management software, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to create and adhere to production processes and deliverables.
• Must be able to interpret and relay production data and all KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Balances safety, quality, productivity, cost, and employee morale to improve results.
• Provides leadership, supervision, motivation, and internal collaboration.
• Ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Leads a safe, organized workplace with TPS environment and WPO.
• Records daily KPIs and maintains reports; summarizes shift performance.
• Coaches and develops employees and resolves issues.
• Performs performance appraisals and provides real-time feedback.
• Communicates with upstream departments to meet shipments.
