Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing teams, plan work, and optimize procedures to maintain safe, smooth, and efficient operations. You will guide staff, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with the Plant Manager to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a production setting, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with ERP and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Production Leader/Shop Leader.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Able to interpret production data and KPIs.
• Proficient with ERP and office software.

Responsibilities

• Balance safety, quality, productivity, cost and morale.
• Provide leadership and develop teams for peak performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate daily KPIs and shift reports.
• Coordinate with upstream departments to meet customer timelines.
• Manage production support systems and material flow.
• Coach and develop employees through feedback and training.
• Cross-train staff and address issues promptly.
