Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Production Lead at our [US] facility to support the Production Supervisor. You will ensure safety and efficiency, coordinate with front-line staff, and relay critical information to management. This role requires hands-on leadership in a concrete manufacturing environment.

You will enforce policies, manage schedules, and help train team members while working closely with other departments to meet production targets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in production/manufacturing; concrete setting a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in plant environment.
• Experience leading people is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enforce company policies and safety regulations; report issues to management.
• Enter safety related information into compliance software as directed.
• Execute production schedule and identify gaps or changes needed.
• Fill in by working in production when gaps are noted.
• Ensure employees receive training (compliance, safety, or technical).
• Package production documents for processing.
• Maintain attendance records and payroll-related schedules.
