Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, part of CRH, is seeking a Production Manager in Madera, CA to lead production and maintenance operations with a strong safety culture. You will drive the production plan, manage budgets, and mentor staff to meet delivery schedules and cost targets.

You will implement continuous improvement initiatives, coordinate preventive maintenance, ensure asset reliability, and partner with scheduling, EH&S, and engineering to sustain safe, efficient plant performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years leadership experience in an industrial environment.
• Associates' degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, Production or related field or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead production and maintenance operations.
• Implement process improvements to reduce RM costs and improve asset utilization.
• Develop and execute training plans for staff and leads.
• Coordinate daily/weekly production schedules with scheduler sign-off.
• Ensure plant safety, layout, and efficient operations.
• Maintain PMS and drive preventive/predictive maintenance.
