Job summary

CRH's Oldcastle Infrastructure plant in Madera, CA seeks a Production Manager to lead production and maintenance with a focus on safety and efficiency. You will drive daily/weekly production planning, supervise teams, and coordinate with maintenance to meet schedules and cost targets.

Responsibilities include implementing safety programs, leading continuous improvement, and ensuring asset reliability while developing staff through training and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma with 3+ years leadership in an industrial setting.
• Associate or Bachelor degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and production methods with the plant manager.
• Drive continuous improvement; optimize costs and asset utilization.
• Coordinate daily/weekly production schedules with maintenance.
• Ensure training plans and staff development are in place.
