Job summary

Maumee River Roofing is seeking a Commercial Data Administrator in Fort Wayne, IN to support commercial roofing projects. This role interfaces with Sales, Production and admin teams, ensuring accurate documentation, invoicing, permits and warranties throughout each project phase.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer‑focused and detail‑oriented, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years of administrative or office experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Ability to learn new software and CRM systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Sales and Production for project approvals.
• Create schedules of values and product data submittals.
• Maintain accurate project records and CRM entries.
• Process invoices and time‑and‑material documentation.
• Coordinate permits, inspections and warranties when applicable.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support licensing administration and file upkeep.
