Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 3+ years leadership experience in an industrial environment leading multiple departments.
• Associates' degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, Production or related field or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the implementation and maintaining of safety & continuous flow production methods.
• Actively seek out and implement process improvements.
• Ensure proper training of employees with leads and systematic trainer.
• Responsible for overall preventive/predictive maintenance program for the facility.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of precast processes and equipment.
