Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience leading in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record in continuous improvement and safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead safety culture and ensure compliance with environmental practices.
- Oversee production scheduling to meet customer delivery needs.
- Collaborate with engineering on drawings and designs used in manufacturing.
- Purchase materials and services to operate the facility.
- Hire, train, and retain operations staff; coach leads and teams.
- Maintain a tour-ready clean workplace and drive continuous improvement.
