Job summary

INX International is seeking a Production Manager to oversee operations at one of our facilities in the United States. You will plan, organize and direct daily activities to meet or exceed customer expectations while driving efficiency and cost controls.

The role requires strong leadership, TPM/Lean knowledge and a track record of improving production metrics. Starting salary range is $100,000–$120,000 annually; actual compensation based on experience and location.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management or supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, and supervision.
• Strong math, reporting, and documentation skills.

• Plan, organize, direct and run daily operations to exceed customer expectations.
• Increase production capacity and efficiency while controlling costs.
