Job summary

APX is seeking a highly experienced Production Manager in the United States to drive operational excellence at our Greencastle facility. You will lead a diverse team of supervisors, operators, and technicians, shaping production strategies and ensuring safety and quality standards.

You will leverage Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes, analyze KPIs, and collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain to meet deadlines and continuously improve output.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience of at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards; Lean and Six Sigma experience desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of supervisors, operators and technicians to high performance.
• Oversee production workflows with strict safety and quality adherence.
• Develop and implement production strategies with upper management to drive efficiency and cost reduction.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
