INX International is seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving manager at our plant location. You will lead the shipping and receiving department, drive continuous improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost, and manage cycle counts to optimize warehouse accuracy.

The role requires an Associates Degree and 10 years in S&R, plus 5 years leading teams and SAP experience. You will oversee global shipping documentation, mentor staff, and collaborate with internal teams to meet KPI targets

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree and 10 years in shipping/receiving environments.
• 5 years’ experience building, developing, and leading teams.
• Demonstrate SAP experience and ability to manage global shipping.
• Strong supervisory and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at a plant location.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership to the shipping and receiving department.
• Drive operational continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Manage cycle count program to optimize warehouse accuracy.
• Work with internal plant support reps with clear, timely communication.
• Utilize SAP and supporting shipping/receiving systems to process orders.
• Compile records of unfilled orders and report KPI progress.
• Participate in TPM activities and align with KPI targets.
