Job summary

INX International in Edwardsville, KS is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee a production department and coordinate with other supervisors. You will direct daily activities, manage workflow, communicate procedures, and support safety culture while aligning with the master production schedule.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of supervisory manufacturing experience, a High School diploma or GED, strong math and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing, warehouse and supervisory/managerial experience.
• Mechanical skills and knowledge of production processes.
• Strong math, writing, reading and comprehension for reports and manuals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer skills.
• Experience leading teams and delivering performance metrics.
• Knowledge of manufacturing principles such as OEE, Lean, or TPM.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and plan activities of a production department/shift.
• Lead a group of hourly employees using established methods.
• Communicate procedures to subordinates and ensure understanding.
• Interpret reports, cycle times and job orders; assign duties.
• Manage daily workflow and related responsibilities.
• Update ODEN during the shift; monitor data for decisions.
• Review data to make informed business decisions.
• Support OEE and uptime KPIs; uphold safety culture.
• Foster corporate programs and directives; promote safety.
• Prioritize and support customer demands; encourage development.
