Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a seasoned Plant Operations Leader to partner with the Plant Manager to direct production initiatives and drive a world-class manufacturing operation. You will oversee end-to-end plant processes, optimize resources, and push continuous improvement to exceed goals.

The ideal candidate has extensive manufacturing and supervisory experience, Lean and Six-Sigma expertise, and a track record in TPM and Od practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 8 years supervision across multiple departments.
• Experience in wood drying, machining, cabinet components and material flows.
• Lean manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead OD efforts for production and support OD across location.
• Coordinate inter-departmental communication and shift collaboration.
• Improve uptime, capability and reliability via TPM and Six-Sigma (5 phases).
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction across plant processes.
• Coordinate SQDC targets and meet customer expectations.
• Lead Kaizen events and participate in project teams.
• Develop SOPs for material, equipment, and processes.
• Oversee hiring needs, training and performance reviews.
• Ensure safe, union-free environment and team discipline.
