This role reports to the Plant Manager and focuses on optimizing processes, equipment utilization, and teams across multiple departments.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in manufacturing with supervision across departments, Lean and Six Sigma experience, and a track record of talent development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years manufacturing experience with supervision across multiple departments.
• Lean manufacturing experience required; Six Sigma a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead OD efforts for production and coordinate inter-department communication.
• Improve equipment uptime and reliability through TPM and Six-Sigma methods.
• Plan and coordinate activities to meet SQDC targets and customer expectations.
• Lead Kaizen events and develop standard operating procedures for production processes.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; conduct performance reviews; maintain a safe work environment.
