Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations for semi‑custom and high‑volume cabinet production. You will drive safety, quality, and on‑time output while coaching teams and implementing standard work in a fast‑paced plant environment.

Two shifts are available with potential overtime. Compensation includes an annual incentive bonus up to 5% and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

BS degree or AS degree in a technical or business-related field preferred.
2-3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook).
Strong analytical, problem solving, delegation, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise production teams in semi‑custom and high‑volume cabinet operations.
Achieve daily output, efficiency, and on‑time production goals.
Ensure PPE, safety, quality, and production targets are met on assigned shift.
Promote clean, safe work areas and identify hazards and correct them.
Create, maintain, and audit Standard Work to support consistent processes.
Balance efficiency and customization to meet customer demand.
Lead continuous improvement efforts to reduce waste and improve throughput.
Train, coach, and develop employees on equipment, processes, policies and quality expectations.
Monitor key metrics including labor efficiency, downtime, overtime, and attendance.
