RBP Chemical Technology, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to oversee manufacturing processes, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

The role combines hands-on engineering with operational management, collaborating with sales, quality, R&D, shipping/receiving, and maintenance to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and successful project execution.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2+ years in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis.
• Effective cross-department collaboration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DNR, DHS regulations.
• Ability to interpret process flow diagrams and SOPs.
• Excellent leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead production and maintenance teams to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Promote safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Train staff on new processes and equipment.
• Develop and refine manufacturing processes.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
• Manage projects within time and budget.
• Maintain SOPs and performance metrics.
• Support lab testing and small batch manufacturing.
