Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering, Operations Management or related discipline.
• Experience in Supervision, Operations Management, and/or Engineering (5–10 years).
• Experience in Project Management, Process Engineering and Regulatory preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and oral/written skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead in a team environment.
• Adaptable to change and skilled at leading change through reporting relationships and influence.
• Experience with Lean/6 Sigma Manufacturing.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and management for all aspects of Production activities.
• Own responsibility for safe manufacturing operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop capacity and staffing models to meet production targets for the site; manage direct reports (3 supervisors and operators).
• Manage production resources to meet operational objectives; execute daily production schedule.
• Develop and implement an EHS program to prevent incidents and comply with applicable regulations.
