Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive manufacturing management experience with direct oversight of operations and personnel.
• Strong production planning, scheduling, capacity management, quality control, leadership, analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ERP proficiency required.
• Background in low-volume, high-complexity, engineered-to-order or configurable equipment manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production scheduling, workflow, labor, materials, capacity, and quality.
• Establish production targets and KPIs; standardize SOPs and work instructions; apply lean principles to reduce waste, rework, costs, and lead times.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Purchasing to resolve production issues.
• Strengthen ERP-supported planning, work-order execution, and inventory accuracy.
• Coach employees, identify training needs, establish accountability, and maintain safety and quality compliance.
