Qualifications

• Willingness to commute to Raleigh, NC or work flexibly as needed.
• Hands-on familiarity with GD&T.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience translating Pneumatics complexity for a non-technical audience.
• Equal parts Six Sigma depth and ERP Systems curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Set guardrails so a freelance deal can move without a committee.
• Audit existing processes and recommend high-impact improvements.
• Carry the design-led idea through the gauntlet of finance, legal, and ops.
• Set up the Raleigh, NC team to make calls without waiting on you.
• Read a Conflict Resolution dashboard and know which line is lying to you.
