Job summary

Engineered Products in Easley, SC, seeks an experienced Plant Manager to lead metal fabrication operations across fabrication, welding, powder coat, and assembly. You will own the Production schedule, drive OpEx, safety, quality, delivery, and cost, and develop capable leaders on the shop floor.

The role requires 7–10+ years of manufacturing leadership, Lean knowledge, and a proven ability to improve throughput, equipment uptime, and workforce performance while managing budgets and capital

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field preferred.
• 7–10+ years manufacturing leadership experience required.
• Lean transformation and equipment reliability experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-shift plant operations including fabrication, welding, powder coat, assembly, and shipping & receiving.
• Own production schedule execution and cross-functional problem-solving.
• Drive OpEx roadmap, KPI reviews, and structured continuous improvement.
• Develop leaders, enforce safety, and ensure cost and quality targets.
