Qualifications

• 5+ years' progressive leadership experience in a continuous flow manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production to meet schedules, customer demands, and quality standards.
• Analyze production data and report KPIs to senior leadership.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
• Manage production budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
