ROCKWOOL is seeking a Predictive Maintenance Technician in Kearneysville, WV 25430. The role supports vibration, laser alignment, ultrasonic and thermography testing in a modern manufacturing environment.

You will perform quality inspections, maintain equipment, and write reports on test results, with safety top of mind and opportunities for growth. You will join a skilled maintenance team, use up-to-date tools, and participate in preventive maintenance, lubrication, and safety initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Manufacturing experience in an industrial setting.
• Forklift certification.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Excel experience.
• Experience with vibration, thermography, alignment and ultrasonic testing.
• High School Diploma or GED.

• Monitor machinery and production related operation for testing purposes
• Troubleshoot minor and major equipment issues
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standard

About the Role

The Predictive Maintenance Technician reports directly to the TPM supervisor. You will join our maintenance team and work alongside experienced technicians, and supervisors to manufacture high-quality stone wool insulation products in a safe and efficient environment. You will use up-to-date equipment to test or assist for vibration, laser alignment, ultrasonic and thermography. Write up reports regarding all testing and inspection process where applicable. Grease and lubricate machinery per the recommended manufactures spec or higher.

What We’re Looking For
