Job summary

ROCKWOOL is hiring a Yard Technician in Kearneysville, WV. You will manage raw materials, operate loaders, and feed conveyors to begin melting wool in a fast-paced plant environment.

The role requires forklift, clamp truck, front-end loader, and skid steer experience, plus basic computer skills and strong attention to detail. Qualifications

• Experience operating forklift, clamp truck, front end loader or skid steer.
• Experience in a continuous flow manufacturing or industrial setup preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with other operators to coordinate material movement in yard.
• Fill raw material bins on shift and stock materials as delivered.
• Operate loaders safely and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Support production plan by ensuring quality and quantity of materials.
