Responsibilities

• Manages production teams to meet volumes, costs, delivery, and quality requirements.
• Supports Plant Manager in manufacturing process improvements.
• Directs teams via task-oriented plans and arranges daily meetings with teams and individuals.
• Produces KPI analysis reports.
• Detects and resolves faults/breakdowns with corrective actions.
• Oversees daily production operations and maintenance planning.
• Liaises with customers on day-to-day requirements and ensures issues are analyzed and resolved.
