ROCKWOOL is seeking a Predictive Maintenance Technician in Kearneysville, WV 25430 to join our maintenance team. You will work with experienced technicians and supervisors to manufacture stone wool insulation safely and efficiently, performing vibration, laser alignment, ultrasonic and thermography testing.

Responsibilities include writing reports, lubricating machinery, performing routine preventive maintenance, and monitoring equipment.

Qualifikationen

• Manufacturing experience required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude essential.
• Excel experience required.

Schedule: 1st Shift 4/10

Schedule Pay: $40/hour

About the Role

The Predictive Maintenance Technician reports directly to the TPM supervisor. You will join our maintenance team and work alongside experienced technicians, and supervisors to manufacture high-quality stone wool insulation products in a safe and efficient environment. You will use up-to-date equipment to test or assist for vibration, laser alignment, ultrasonic and thermography. Write up reports regarding all testing and inspection process where applicable. Grease and lubricate machinery per the recommended manufactures spec or higher.

What We’re Looking For

• Manufacturing experience
• Forklift certification
• Mechanical aptitude
• Excel experience
• Vibration, Thermography, Alignment and Ultrasonic testing equipment experience.
• Oil and lube requirement training
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work assigned shift schedule
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work safely in manufacturing environment
