You will lead a team of Supervisors and 80+ employees, reporting to Operations leadership, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of progressive leadership in continuous production, a strong lean mindset, and proficiency in problem-solving and data-driven

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a continuous flow manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement.
• Deep knowledge of production management and quality control.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production to meet schedules, quality standards, and customer demands.
• Manage production budget and identify cost reduction opportunities through process improvements.
• Lead and develop a high-performance production team with succession planning.
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
