Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Production Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production operations, ensuring safe, efficient manufacturing of quality products on time. The role leads production teams, manages resources, and drives continuous improvement while partnering across functions to meet business goals.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of production leadership, strong knowledge of production planning and labor management, plus a proven track record in safety and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–7 years of manufacturing or production leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading teams in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, workflow optimization, and labor management.
• Solid understanding of safety and quality systems.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct daily production activities to meet output, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, team leads, and production employees.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust labor, equipment, and materials as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Track KPIs such as efficiency, scrap, downtime, and labor utilization.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Partner with supply chain, quality, and engineering teams to resolve production issues.
• Manage staffing levels, training plans, and performance reviews.
• Support new product launches, process changes, and capacity planning.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and work standards.
• Adhere to and promote the Company Values.
