Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Quality Team Leader to support daily operations on the production floor, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) metrics. You will lead by example, coordinate audits, and guide teams across shifts.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to develop team capabilities while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and problem solving on the line.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalence is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is required.
• Prior leadership or lead-person experience is preferred.
• Must demonstrate strong communication, organization, and accountability.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and production tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in safety, quality, attendance, and work ethic.
• Communicate daily goals, changes, and expectations to team members.
• Foster collaboration between shifts and departments.
• Support conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.
• Monitor work areas to ensure safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Conduct daily safety checks and report or address hazards.
• Ensure quality auditors meet daily audits and product meets quality standards.
• Adjust labor assignments to optimize staffing levels.
• Respond to and elevate quality non-conformances with Production Team Leaders to resolve in real-time.
• Follow escalation procedures, including the Quality Hold process when needed.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring problems.
