Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience guiding and supporting the growth of direct reports.
• High integrity with sound judgement and leadership capability.
• Experience managing change in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Ability to foster good cross functional relationships with peers and support areas.
• Proven history of workforce engagement and action-oriented communication.
• Experience with material flow and delivery in a complex environment.
