Qualifications

• 10+ years of production experience with strong leadership.
• Deep understanding of production processes, methods, and strategies.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement plans and OpEx initiatives.
• Strong project management skills to manage the delivery of shipments.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Experience with AI tools to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production activities at PGH to deliver monthly shipments.
• Establish production and quality control standards, develop budget, cost controls, and obtain data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered.
• Ensure there are plans to achieve near-term (rolling 3-6months) shipments.
• Develop the capabilities of the teams to deliver high-performance (coaching, mentoring, leading by example, personal development).
• Drive operational improvement ideas and plans to better position the manufacturing team to efficiently deliver product to the customer.
