Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Engineering or related field required.
• 7-10 years’ manufacturing experience or equivalent.
• Proven leadership and change-management abilities.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and AI tools to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise production employees and oversee hiring, training, and development.
• Ensure production requirements and schedules are met; coordinate with subordinates to address issues.
• Lead lean initiatives to maximize efficiency and reduce costs across the Repair Center and New Production Line.
• Analyze operations and quality data to resolve problems and prevent delays.
• Maintain records of attendance, safety compliance, and performance metrics.
