Job summary

TREATT in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Production Manager to oversee day-to-day production and blending operations, driving safety, quality and on-time delivery. You will lead Team Supervisors and cross-functional teams, and champion continuous improvement using data-led decision making.

The role partners with Engineering, R&D, Quality and Supply Chain to improve productivity, yield and efficiency, with potential career progression toward Plant Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven production/operations leadership experience in a complex process environment.
• Knowledge of GMP/BRC quality standards and safety compliance.
• Experience using Lean, Six Sigma and structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Operate EHS, quality, safety and housekeeping standards.
• Report daily production progress and causes of delays to Plant Manager.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality, yield and OEE.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for daily decision making.
• Own labour planning and budget management for the department.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with Engineering, R&D, Quality and Supply Chain.
