Job summary

Treatt is seeking a Senior Operations Site Leader at our Lakeland, FL site to drive safe, compliant and high‑performing operations across manufacturing, maintenance, planning, and logistics. You will lead with a focus on throughput, cost, quality and regulatory compliance while guiding continuous improvement initiatives and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive operations management in flavors, foods or related regulated manufacturing environments.
• Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience leading site operations, plant performance, safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing budgets, capital projects and cost improvement initiatives.
• Advanced SAP/ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall site strategy and execution to support objectives and growth.
• Direct site departments: Plant Management, Manufacturing, Quality/Regulatory, Engineering/Maintenance, Planning, Shipping and Warehousing, EHS and CI.
• Drive standardization of processes across the site aligned with the Treatt Group.
• Support SAP rollout and readiness across site functions.
• Partner with global procurement and cross-functional leaders to meet customer needs.
