Job summary

You will guide Team Supervisors and cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, optimize processes, and develop operators for future leadership roles. This role emphasizes data-led decision making and KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production and blending operations.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to analyse data to drive decisions and improvements.
• Familiarity with GMP, quality standards and HRC/BRC compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead production delivery, labor management and KPI performance.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance across the department.
• Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with Engineering, R&D, Quality and Supply Chain.
• Develop operators and future leaders through training and mentoring.
• Manage budgeted labor and optimize shift efficiency.
