Job summary

District Photo Inc. seeks a Production Manager to oversee the Phoenix Factory, coordinating merchandise production, enhancing efficiency, quality, and safety while guiding a workforce through development and performance management.

You will lead front-line supervisors, participate in daily meetings, and drive continuous improvement to meet delivery timelines and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related discipline preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing others in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Proven success leading and motivating employees through consistent, effective methods.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to build relationships at various levels and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and be accountable for the department or departments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Develop leadership capabilities across all levels of the production organization.
• Recruit frontline supervisors and operators with HR support.
• Attend production meetings and implement continuous improvement actions.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer service standards across production lines.
• Plan and manage production scheduling and staffing; cover shifts when needed.
