Job summary

District Photo Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead an efficient, safe, and productive department, coordinating with Production, Quality, and Shipping to meet daily production requirements.

You will ensure SOPs are followed and safety standards are maintained, with responsibility for the plant safety program. You will work to maximize productivity by coaching staff, conducting training and performance reviews, and promoting a collaborative, respectful culture across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in related field.
• Self-starter able to execute initiatives with minimal guidance.
• Excellent team player with strong leadership.
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience hiring, training, and problem solving; lead, coach and mentor others.
• Lead by example and treat people with respect, dignity and professionalism.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
• Ability to travel up to 5%.
