Job summary

You will guide direct reports through development planning, feedback, coaching, and performance management to maximize output and customer satisfaction. The role leads production teams, partners with HR for staffing, and drives continuous improvement while maintaining strong cross-functional communication and scheduling discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience managing others in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads and oversees production departments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Develops leadership across all levels of the production organization.
• Manages front line supervisors and operators; supports recruitment with HR.
• Ensures schedules, budgets, and safety standards are met; drives continuous improvement.
• Fosters cross-functional collaboration and communicates shifts and priorities.
